Paul Turcotte, Co-founder, Instructor And Coach

Paul is an entrepreneur with considerable experience in marketing, sales, food service, and real estate. He came to Boston as a performance major to study at the Boston Conservatory of Music. During this time he supported himself as a bartender, later to become the Director of the New England Bartender’s School. This led to restaurant wine sales consulting and a downtown Boston restaurant partnership.

In 1999 Paul opened a real estate company that grew to over seventy sales associates in two offices serving Cambridge and Boston Massachusetts. As the business owner and broker of record, he was responsible for all business operations including building a positive and vibrant company culture. He was hands-on in recruiting, coaching, managing sales associates, and overseeing staffing and hiring. The company was sold in 2019 although he continued to work as a consultant for several years.

During that time, Paul’s late wife of twenty-four years inspired him to take charge of his health, leading to a vegan lifestyle and learning how to cook plant-based cuisine. He remarried in 2017 and later moved to Florida where he and his partner, Bonnie Brown continue to share a commitment to support individuals and companies dedicated to helping people improve their health by participating in the evolution of an animal-free food system and by result the environment.

Paul’s transition from eating meat and dairy proves that what you eat can and will dramatically improve your health. He continues to explore entrepreneurial opportunities in nutritional health and the benefits of changing to a plant-based food system including teaching, coaching, and consulting.

Paul is licensed by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine Program, Food For Life to inspire and teach others through scientifically proven, nutritionally sound, and completely plant-based class offerings. He is a Graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Plant-Based Nutrition Program and is Certified as a Rouxbe Plant-Based Professional.

Paul and Bonnie live with two cats, Lilley and Carrie. They love the beach and live on the Gulf Coast of Florida in Sarasota County.

I began my plant-based journey to health and happiness in 2012, with low expectations and poor health. Surprising and rapid results sparked a desire to help others believe in their own power to improve health and avoid disease through food choices that lead to a longer, vibrant, and compassionate lifestyle.
