It’s overwhelming to think about change especially when it comes to food. Eating habits and food choices seem hereditary from your parents and theirs and are reinforced by industry studies, powerful marketing, advertising, and peer pressure. Who’s making the choices?
It’s certainly easier to go with the flow than to stop and ask yourself hard questions, Who is in charge of my health? Am I living the lifestyle I profess? Can I make charges? Should I? Can my life have meaning and purpose?

I began my plant-based journey to health and happiness in 2012, with low expectations and poor health. Surprising and rapid results sparked a desire to help others believe in their own power to improve health and avoid disease through food choices that lead to a longer, vibrant, and compassionate lifestyle.
